Every Saturday morning, Kat Cowan on BBC Radio Sheffield has a food slot between 9-10am. This week (23rd September) it’s going to be about gluten free food.
I’m excited to have been asked to be a guest on the show, alongside local gluten free specialist chef, Lee Vintin. Formerly of Eten cafe in the city centre, Lee recently moved on to be head chef at the Chequers Inn at Froggatt Edge in Derbyshire.
I’m expecting it should be quite good fun, and we’ll be talking about being coeliac in Sheffield as well as hopefully picking up some top tips for gluten free cooking.
