Lokanta is a lovely Turkish mezze restaurant in Broomhill, Sheffield.

I’ve seen on their website that Lokanta have introduced their first entirely gluten free menu, having found that much of their food naturally lends itself to being gluten free. This is their new early bird menu, and they’re planning to add a gluten free symbol to their main menu in spring, too. They’re even looking into making gluten free bread.

This is a great example of a restaurant making a positive change in response to the new allergen laws and is great to see. Well done, Lokanta. I look forward to visiting soon… 🙂
